Senior HR Operations Specialist – Ready for First People Leadership

Are you a natural people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment? We’re looking for an HR Administration Team Lead to guide a team of 8–15 HR Specialists responsible for accurate and compliant employee data administration across all Dutch business units.

This is a role for someone who loves coaching others, solving complex HR data challenges, and ensuring smooth operations that make a real difference for employees nationwide.

What You’ll Lead & Own

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Services Specialists

• Oversee daily operations, workload planning, and service levels

• Ensure accurate and timely HR data aligned with Dutch labor laws

• Act as the expert contact for complex HR/EDA cases

• Support audits, compliance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Strong people leadership experience

• Operational/SLA-driven environment experience

• Knowledge of Dutch HR laws and HR processes

• 6–10 years of HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience

• Fluent Dutch + intermediate English
