In this entrepreneurial role as Account Manager Engineering, you are both the face and the foundation of our Dutch expansion. Operating from the Amsterdam region, you are given full autonomy to claim a substantial market share for this Italian engineering leader. You are not merely a salesperson; you act as a strategic advisor who discusses the future of complex engineering projects at the board level. You identify opportunities, open doors at key accounts, and flawlessly translate intricate technical challenges into high-end solutions. Functie-eisen

You are a heavyweight who speaks the language of both the shop floor and the boardroom. To make this challenging position a success, you bring:

• A completed technical degree at Bachelor or Master level (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering).
• Proven experience in the technical market; preferably, you started your career as an engineer before transitioning into commerce.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
• Fluency in Italian is considered a major advantage and will significantly enhance your synergy with the Italian headquarters.
• A relevant and active network within the Dutch engineering sector.
