About the function

As an independent cook at an Indian restaurant in Haarlemmermeer, you will play a full role in the kitchen. You are responsible for inventory management, placing orders, and supervising assistants. You will work with your colleagues on preparing authentic Indian dishes and actively contribute to the development of new recipes and the menu. You oversee quality and ensure everything runs smoothly, even during busy times. Your day includes preparing, cooking, managing your team, and evaluating together afterwards. You work closely with a tight-knit team and have the space to take initiative and develop yourself.
