We are seeking an experienced Data Specialist with a strong background in Marine Engineering or GME, ideally with sailing experience on dredging vessels. This role involves managing, analyzing, and ensuring the integrity of technical and operational data for our fleet. Proficiency with Maximo is a plus and will be beneficial for effective asset management and maintenance planning. Knowledge of Functional Hierarchy and Setup Planned Maintenance System (PMS) is highly desirable.

As a Fleet Improvement Engineer within our Fleet Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role as an analyst in transforming operational insights from our fleet of vessels into tangible improvements. Your mission is to analyze needs related to data, processes, and organizational workflows, and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation. You will bridge the gap between operational and technical learnings from our fleet organization and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that enhancements are embedded in systems, applications, reports, procedures, and business processes.

As an IoT Network & Cybersecurity Engineer, you will step into a dynamic environment where operational technology, connectivity and security come together. You will help safeguard and optimize DEME's operational networks, specifically related to our vessels. That means designing, securing and troubleshooting the critical systems that make our pioneering projects possible.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance and security of our industrial communication and OT infrastructure. As part of a multidisciplinary, hands-on team bridging engineering, IT and operations you help to safeguard critical systems through professional network administration, robust routing & switching, and industrial cyber-security practices.

As a Structural Analyst & Engineer, you'll be part of a pioneering team designing and optimizing vessels and mission equipment for some of the most innovative marine projects in the world. You'll play a vital role in newbuilds and conversions, ensuring our fleet of vessels remains reliable, efficient, and safe. The Design & System Integration team operates both broadly and deeply - tackling multidisciplinary designs while diving into specialized technical topics. You'll collaborate across disciplines, engage with external experts, ensuring seamless integration of systems and equipment used in our own fleet.

This is a hands-on, technical role where your expertise in structural design and analysis will directly impact the success of projects worldwide.
