As Test Manager , you are the strategic force that gives direction to test and quality projects at our customers. You ensure that complex IT projects are delivered predictably, manageably and successfully, with quality as the foundation.

What will you do?

You are a Test Manager who brings overview where complexity reigns. You like structure, but understand that people are at least as important as processes. In challenging IT projects you know how to create calm, give direction and make quality tangible for all involved.

You feel at home in a consultant role. You easily step into new organizations, quickly understand how teams and chains work together and know how to connect interests. Whether you interact with project management, development teams or stakeholders: you communicate clearly, take responsibility and dare to make choices.

With your experience, you know that no project is the same. You move smoothly between waterfall, Agile, SAFe or hybrid environments and adapt your approach to what is needed. You have a keen eye for quality in the broadest sense of the word. You understand the role of test automation within the testing process, know where the opportunities and risks lie, and can provide well-founded advice. Furthermore, you look ahead: you are curious about innovations such as AI and investigate how these can be used in a valuable way within test and quality processes.

Within Polteq you are not only Test Manager with the client, but also colleague and knowledge carrier. You share experiences, spar with colleagues during unit meetings and guild nights and actively contribute to the further development of the field. You feel at home in a flat organization with short lines, where content, trust and personal attention are key.

What do you bring?

You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role

You feel comfortable in different development methodologies (waterfall, Agile, SAFe, hybrid)

General knowledge of test automation (applicability, tooling, risks, programming languages)

You have a college degree and hold TMap or ISTQB certification

You have a car or motorcycle license and enjoy visiting different customers on the floor

Full command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing
