Our client is seeking an enthusiastic HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Almere. As a pivotal member of our HR department, you'll play a proactive role in managing HR processes, supporting talent acquisition, and optimizing operations.

Description

• Support various HR activities, including policy implementation and administrative tasks.
• Manage time registration for approximately 160 technicians, ensuring smooth HR operations.
• Actively participate in recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job postings and liaising with agencies.
• Handle subsidy applications for employee training and contribute to the onboarding process.
• Provide HR data to the HR Service Desk and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Functie-eisen:

• Demonstrable MBO working and thinking level in Human Resource Management.
• Dutch is a must
• Experience in a similar position, preferably within a technical company.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
