Corporate Controller

Are you passionate about finance, data‑driven decision-making and working at the heart of a global organization? As part of our Corporate Controlling (CC) team-also known as the CFO office-you will play a key role in shaping FrieslandCampina's financial direction. • You hold an academic Master's (WO) degree, preferably in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business control, analytics, financial control or auditing.
• Strong analytical capabilities: you can interpret complex data, draw clear conclusions and translate them into actionable insights.
• Proactive and results‑driven mindset: you take ownership and consistently deliver high‑quality output.
• Strong communication skills: you convey complex information in a clear, structured way and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and cultures.

• Salary between €3,900 and €5,500 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
• Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension;
• Flexible working hours and ample opportunities to work from home;
• 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;

Vacancy description

As a Corporate Controller, you will be part of the central finance function that supports FrieslandCampina's strategic and financial decision-making. Your responsibilities include:

• Management Reporting

  Contribute to the monthly financial performance reports for the Executive Board, Supervisory Board and other senior stakeholders. You will support analysis, create compelling financial stories and develop impactful visualizations.

• Target Setting

  Support the process of defining financial targets at company and Business Group level, using insights based on historical performance and scenario analyses.

You will join a highly skilled finance team working at the center of the organization, with touchpoints across Corporate divisions-such as the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, Treasury, Sustainability and Tax-and the various Business Groups.
