Do you thrive on optimizing working capital and driving financial control within high-tech supply chains? As a Business Controller Inventory Control at ASML, you spearhead inventory management processes, deliver financial transparency, and empower strategic decision-making across global operations.

In this temporary backfill role within the Capital Efficiency team (Business Insights & Control), you act as the primary finance business partner for inventory control. You collaborate closely with operational teams to translate supply chain developments into actionable financial impact and maintain robust governance.

Your key focus areas:

• Deliver clear transparency into inventory performance, working capital drivers, risks, and opportunities for senior management.
• Partner with operational stakeholders, including Planning & Delivery and Re-use & Repair teams, to optimize inventory steering.
• Coordinate and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory planning and performance management cycles.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement to boost forecasting quality and reporting efficiency.
• Coach team members and guide interns to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

Functie-eisen

• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in Business Control, Supply Chain Finance, or Inventory Management.
• You possess proven experience with financial planning, forecasting, and performance management in complex international matrix organizations.
• You bring advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, alongside hands-on experience with financial reporting tools such as SAP, SAC, or Spotfire.
