As a Dishwasher at Barraca Amsterdam, you will ensure that all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are sparkling clean and ready for use. You will be an indispensable link in the kitchen of our brand-new Rodizio Grill & Bar on the bustling Max Euweplein. Thanks to your efforts, the kitchen team can focus entirely on preparing delicious dishes for our guests.

About Barraca

Barraca is the spectacular Rodizio Grill & Bar concept from Claus Group. Rodizio means unlimited enjoyment of perfectly grilled meat, straight from the large skewers that our Passadores carve at your table.

Following our success in Hoofddorp, we will soon be opening our new location in the heart of Amsterdam, and you can be there from day one!

Job requirements

What will you be doing?

As a Dishwasher at Barraca Amsterdam, you will support the kitchen team to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will:

• Ensure that all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are clean and ready for use;

• Keep the dishwashing area and workstations tidy and clean;

• Support the kitchen team with small preparatory tasks where necessary;

• Work efficiently and in a structured manner to maintain the pace in the kitchen;

• Be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays;

• Contribute to a pleasant and professional atmosphere behind the scenes.

In short: you are the silent force that keeps our kitchen running and ensures that guests can enjoy a top-notch experience.

What do you bring to the table?

• You are enthusiastic, a hard worker, and have a hands-on mentality;

• You are a good team player and flexible, including evenings and weekends;

• You remain calm during busy moments and keep an overview;

• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage, but certainly not a must. We are happy to teach you everything!
