At UNIS Group, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various legal processes that are essential to the continuity of our operations. You will be involved in drafting and reviewing (international) contracts, supporting administrative processes, and monitoring relevant laws and regulations. In addition, you will work closely with internal and external parties from around the world to ensure that all legal matters within UNIS Group are in order.

What will you do?

• Draft and review contracts and other legal documents;

• Support contract and other administrative processes such as insurance, collection files, bankruptcies, and corporate housekeeping;

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from various disciplines, including lawyers, insurance brokers, notaries, accountants, and payroll companies;

• Monitor and follow up on (international) legislation that affects or may affect the organization;

• Provide support with legal issues within the organization and contribute ideas for improving internal processes.

Job requirements

What do we ask of you?

• A completed bachelor's degree in Law (HBO level), with a specialization in corporate law or a similar field;

• 0-3 years of work or internship experience in a legal position. Experience in a corporate environment is a plus;

• Strong administrative and organizational skills;

• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. Knowledge of a third language is a plus;

• Accurate, proactive, flexible, analytically strong, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
