About the role

As a Lead Developer, you take shared ownership of the technical quality and delivery of our client projects. You translate ideas and challenges into robust solutions, guide your team through development and take responsibility for what goes live.

• Your role is a mix of hands-on development and leadership:
• Defining technical direction and architecture
• Safeguarding quality and guiding development processes
• Coaching developers in small teams (2-4 people)
• Acting as a technical sparring partner for colleagues and clients
• Contributing to presales and solution design

Together with a Digital Project Manager, our Head of Engineering, designers and strategists, you turn ideas into scalable digital products.

About you

You're comfortable with responsibility and complexity. You can set priorities, connect the dots and explain technical choices clearly. You're open to difficult conversations because they lead to better collaboration and stronger results.

You bring:

• Experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer
• Broad experience across front-end, back-end and (Dev)Ops

  (TypeScript, Node.js, React/Angular, NestJS, Docker, PostgreSQL, REST/GraphQL)

• A strong learning mindset and a collaborative attitude
• You don't need to know everything already.
