Your role as a Senior Power Platform Developer

As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will be a key figure within our organization. You work on various customer projects and are responsible for designing and developing innovative Power Platform solutions. In addition, you play a crucial role in defining and monitoring our development standards and frameworks. You not only focus on technical excellence, but also act as a mentor and sparring partner for colleagues and client teams.

What you will do:

• Designs and builds user-friendly PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Automates processes with AI-driven Power Automate solutions
• Creates smart conversation experiences with Copilot Studio
• Provides product training to large groups (MS in-a-day workshops) or in-house
• Coaches and mentors junior and medior developers (internal & client)
• Contributes to the development of best practices and frameworks
• Strategically advises clients on the best Power Platform solutions
• Gives demos to potential customers and actively contributes to the preparation of quotations
• Always stays up-to-date with the latest Microsoft developments

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Minimum 3 years of experience Has experience with Power Platform (preferably as a Lead Developer or Architect).
• A proven track record has with PowerApps & Power Automate .
• Microsoft certifications such as. PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500 and PL-600 at the pocket has.
• Eager to share knowledge and junior/ medior helping colleagues grow.
• Is not afraid to strategically and hands-on involvement.
• Curious and innovative is - you always see ways to make processes smarter.
• Fluent in Dutch and English Speaks
