Step into a key finance role where you'll manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month‑end close activities. You'll collaborate with multiple departments, handle intercompany transactions, and help strengthen overall financial processes.

Description

• Prepare, review, and analyze general ledger accounts and reconciliations.
• Research and interpret financial data to answer accounting-related questions.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather information for monthly and quarterly accruals.
• Manage intercompany alignment for all parent‑company‑related purchases and transactions.
• Apply knowledge of VAT and wage tax (preferred).
• Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and quality.
• Assist with various accounting tasks as needed.
• Contribute to month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial statement activities.

Profile

• Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Has strong experience in General Ledger accounting.
• Understands Dutch GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Is skilled in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Has experience with AR, AP, billing, cash management, and month‑end close.
• Shows strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Works with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Is well‑organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Collaborates effectively with other departments and teams.
