JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you the face of Hotel Mercier in Amsterdam? Are you proactive? Do you enjoy helping and listening to our hotel guests? And would you like to learn more about the day-to-day operations within hotels? Then the position of Rooms Intern is perfect for you!

YOUR INTERNSHIP

As a Rooms Intern, you will alternate between learning within the Front Office and Housekeeping teams. Tasks include handling check-ins and check-outs, as well as cleaning and inspecting hotel rooms. You ensure that everything looks perfect and that our guests receive the right information. You assist them with all their questions, help prevent complaints, and listen to their stories. You are also involved in administrative tasks. You carry out all of these responsibilities with a smile, aiming to deliver excellent service.

Note!:: For this position, it is mandatory to live in the Netherlands and to have valid Dutch health insurance.
