About Barraca

Barraca is the spectacular Rodizio Grill & Bar concept from Claus Group. Rodizio is an authentic Brazilian food concept, where a wide range of meats are prepared on the grill and cut and served at the table by a team of Passadores. In addition, there is unlimited access to the extensive Fresh Market Table and various side dishes served at the table.

Following our success in Hoofddorp, we will soon be opening our new location in the heart of Amsterdam, and you can be there from day one!

Job requirements

What will you be doing?

As a Waiter, you are responsible for ensuring an optimal guest experience. You will:

• Welcome guests with a smile and enthusiasm;

• Guide guests during their Rodizio dinner;

• Take orders and advise guests on dishes and beverages;

• Serve beverages and dishes in accordance with our quality standards;

• Maintain an overview during lunch and dinner services;

• Work closely with colleagues in the service and kitchen;

• Ensure a neat and tidy work and restaurant environment;

• Settle accounts with guests and process payments;

• Ensure that everything runs smoothly and that every guest leaves with a smile;

• Be willing to work in the evenings, on weekends, and on holidays;

• Actively contribute to a positive atmosphere on the floor.

• You ensure that every guest feels welcome and leaves with a smile.

What do you bring to the table?

• You have a hospitable, presentable, and energetic attitude;

• You preferably have experience in the hospitality industry (an advantage, but not a must);

• You have strong communication skills and are service-oriented;

• You are flexible, including evenings and weekends;

• You live in (or near) Amsterdam;

• You like to get things done and enjoy working in a team.
