Ensure accurate and efficient order processing, coordinate logistics with internal teams, keep order tracking systems updated, communicate timely with clients, proactively resolve order‑related issues, and ensure correct settlement of transport costs.

It operates more than 100 rail modalities, multiple inland terminals, and dedicated industrial transport corridors, supporting general, perishable, and high‑value cargo with efficient, multimodal connectivity.

Description

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Update and maintain order tracking systems with relevant information.
• Ensure timely communication with clients regarding order status.
• Handle and resolve order-related queries or issues proactively.
• Ensuring correct settlement of transport orders (actuals, costs).

Profile

• Proven (2+ years) of administrative experience within logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in transport management systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Offer

• Salary up to €3.000 per month
• Holiday allowance 8% of the yearly salary
