Hemera Textiles B.V. Hem- Fulltime (40 hours)

At Hemera Textiles (Hem, North Holland), we sort, wash, repair, package and distribute vintage clothing. We also design and produce new items made from upcycled materials. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a motivated Team Leader for the Tagroom department.

What will you do?

As Team Leader, you are the link between the team and management. You are responsible for ensuring a smooth process and making sure that the clothing is correctly sorted and labeled so that it reaches the right one of our 16 stores in 6 different countries. It is also important that you are comfortable using computers to accurately record and track the process.

Your responsibilities :

• Leading and managing the Tagroom team;
• Supervising quality, pace, and safety;
• Planning tasks and delegating work;
• Onboarding and coaching new colleagues;
• Contributing ideas for improvements in the work process.

Who are you?

• You have experience in a supervisory or coordinating role (preferably in production or logistics);
• You have strong communication skills and speak Dutch or English well;
• You can maintain an overview and adapt quickly in a busy environment;
• You have an eye for detail and prioritize quality;
• You are a true team player who isn't afraid to make decisions;
• You live in the Hem area.
