Your impact

At Mollie, we have ambitious targets and a significant budget to spend strategically. As our Sr. Performance Marketer , you will be the engine behind our demand generation, driving Mollie's growth through sophisticated experimentation, rigorous budget ownership, and continuous optimization.

You'll join a high-impact team within the Brand and Growth domain, working alongside specialists in Paid Search, SEO, Data Engineering as well as close collaboration with the Growth Marketing team. This isn't just about running ads; it's about scaling our reach across Europe while handling local market nuances at scale. You will ensure our growth remains sustainable, data-driven, and focused on delivering real value to our customers.

What you'll ship

• Execute high-performance campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), Meta, and LinkedIn to drive high-quality demand and intent-based leads.

• Own end-to-end campaign launches , coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders in Content, Design, and Product Marketing.

• Optimize for impact , continuously analyzing performance through bidding strategies, targeting, and creative A/B testing to improve conversion rates.

• Manage and forecast budgets , supporting strategic allocation across different European regions and funnel stages to ensure every Euro drives maximum ROI.

• Translate data into narrative , providing actionable insights and reporting that inform our overall channel marketing strategy.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience in hands-on performance marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Payments environment.

• Mastery of key channels , specifically deep expertise in Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.

• A data-driven mindset , with strong analytical skills and experience in experimentation (A/B testing) and incrementality testing.

• Proven project management ability , capable of managing the full lifecycle of a project from kick-off and ticketing to stakeholder reporting.

• A collaborative spirit , comfortable working in a fast-paced team where you bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of AI-related tools in performance marketing and experience scaling campaigns internationally.
