As a Productionworker / Forkliftdriver at ROCKWOOL in Roermond-east - near the German border - you will contribute to maintaining a smooth production process in a dynamic and safety-focused environment. Your role combines operating a forklift with different supporting production activities and collaboration within the team. What You Will Do:

• Forklift operations: loading, unloading, and moving materials within the production area.
• Production support: assisting with machine operations and ensuring an efficient workflow.
• Workplace maintenance: keeping your work area clean and organized.
• Team collaboration: participating in briefings and ensuring smooth handovers with colleagues.
• Flexible scheduling: full- or parttime working in 3- or 5-shift rotations and coordinating your availability with the planningteam.

• Different shift allowances plus: 25% surcharge between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM, 35% surcharge between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM and 57% surcharge on Saturday and Sunday
• A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
• Flexible working hours between 24 and 40 hours per week
• 8 hours a day/ shift

• Valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one. Start People is willing to help you with this.
• Physically fit; comfortable in an active work setting.
• Available for different tasks in rotating shifts
• Proficient in Dutch; English or German is a plus
• Minimum availability of 24 hours per week.
