Within Ingka Digital, our Home Imagination Platform (HIP) brings together AR, spatial computing, AI, and scalable platforms to reduce the "imagination gap" and empower customers and co-workers to confidently plan and furnish their homes.

We are now looking for a Senior Product Owner to take full ownership of a significant product area within the IKEA Kreativ experience, focused on spatial room experiences, augmented reality, and AI-enabled capabilities. Our work spans AR, spatial experiences, AI, 3D, and large-scale platform systems used globally.

This is a senior individual contributor role with high autonomy, responsibility, and impact.

Who you are

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner who combines strong product craft with the ability to operate in complex, technical environments. Does this sound like you?

You have extensive experience owning complex, consumer-facing digital products end to end, from strategy and discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.

You are comfortable working closely with engineering-heavy teams, including technically sophisticated and AI/ML-powered capabilities.

You demonstrate strong product judgment and can make sound trade-offs in ambiguous situations with multiple constraints.

You lead through influence rather than authority, collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

You are data-informed, outcome-driven, and energised by learning from real customer behaviour.

You are motivated by delivering meaningful experiences at scale that have a positive impact on people's everyday lives at home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Senior Product Owner, you will:

Own and drive a significant part of the IKEA Kreativ product experience, with a focus on AR, spatial room experiences, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Define clear product vision, strategy, and outcomes for your area, aligned with customer needs and IKEA's broader digital direction.

Lead product discovery and delivery in close collaboration with Engineering, Design, AI, and platform teams.

Translate complex customer and business problems into prioritised backlogs, clear product requirements, and measurable outcomes.

Balance customer value, data insights, technical constraints, and platform considerations when making product decisions.

Continuously evaluate impact through experimentation, analytics, and customer feedback, iterating to improve outcomes at scale.

Act as a trusted product partner to stakeholders across markets, functions, and locations.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

We believe you'll succeed in this role if you have:

7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with clear ownership of complex digital products.

Proven experience owning a product area end to end, from strategy and discovery to delivery and iteration.

Strong collaboration experience with engineering-led teams, including work on technically complex or AI/ML-enabled features.

A track record of data-informed decision-making, experimentation, and outcome ownership.

Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Comfort working in distributed, international environments across multiple time zones.
