The supply chain manager will oversee and optimise logistics and supply chain processes and manage 10 FTE. This position is based in Tilburg and is ideal for individuals with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.

Client Details

We are a medium-sized dynamic organisation with 40 employees. 10 FTE are in the warehouse which you will manage. Our company is established in Italy and has grown since then to a global company. We are focused on central/north Europe.

Description

As supply chain manager you:

• Plan, manage and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure availability of materials.
• Supervise and motivate the logistics team (10FTE) to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Analyse logistics data and produce performance reports for management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
• Develop capacity and production planning.

Profile

A successful supply chain manager should have:

• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills.
• Flexibel and able to work in a highly dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics is a pré.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to lead and manage a team of 10 FTE effectively.
