You think beyond day-to-day operations: how do you build sustainable growth for customers, colleagues and the proposition for our digital marketing department? At TRIMM, we are looking for an experienced digital marketing strategist who provides direction, takes initiative and translates innovative ideas into results - in concept and execution.

We help international B2B clients, primarily in the high-tech and manufacturing industries, grow their businesses with digital marketing that is consistent from strategy to execution. You will work on events such as webinars, hybrid trade fairs and podcasts. This is an important part of digital marketing for our B2B clients.

We are looking for an expert who thinks several steps ahead, shows ownership, keeps an eye on the bigger picture and pitches in when needed.

You will work within our Digital Marketing team of 10 colleagues. In our Enschede office, from home, and at the client's premises. You work where you can make a difference.

What you will be doing

As a driving force, you will be instrumental in the success of clients such as Nexperia, Malvern Panalytical, Nestlé Health Science and dsm-firmenich. Specifically, this means:

• You will determine the digital marketing strategy, translate it into concrete briefings and roadmaps, and monitor progress and impact.
• You will advise our clients on strategic issues and translate insights into innovative solutions.
• You will translate concepts for events, content formats or productions into flawless execution: from hybrid trade fairs to podcasts and webinars.
• You ensure optimal collaboration with other specialisms within TRIMM (development, design, data and audiovisual).
• You anticipate trends: from AI integration and marketing automation to data innovation - and actively contribute to positioning TRIMM as a thought leader.
• You are responsible for quality assurance within projects and are not afraid to make decisions when the going gets tough.
• You work closely with the customer, identify opportunities and convert them into innovative propositions.
• You coach, motivate and support colleagues in their personal and professional development and act as a sparring partner at all levels.
• You oversee the entire playing field, make adjustments where necessary and know how to motivate the team to achieve the best results.

What we are looking for

• Higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO) level of working and thinking.
• At least 6 years of experience in digital marketing/strategy, during which you were responsible for larger projects, programmes or client accounts.
• You have broad knowledge of B2B marketing or are willing to invest in this and bring a vision for the future.
• Extensive experience with stakeholder management.
• You are highly analytical, proactive and can easily switch between vision, direction and decisive action.
• You have demonstrable experience with AI and data-driven marketing.
• You are a coach, an inspiration and know how to empower your colleagues.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
• Experience with events is an advantage.
