Function

As a Logistics Coordinator, you play a central office role within InterStage. You are the connecting link between the logistics department in Meppel, the field service on location, and external suppliers.

You support the material planner in monitoring rental materials and material shortages and ensure clear, timely communication to the construction teams. In addition, you organize the hiring of materials that are not available internally (on time). Thanks to your overview, structure and communication, everyone involved knows where they stand.

InterStage BV specializes in building temporary stage and event constructions. From our warehouse in Meppel we support productions at home and abroad. In the high season we work with tight schedules, large material flows and high time pressure. Clear logistical coordination is crucial.

Work

• Support the material planner in monitoring material availability
• Identify and monitor material shortages, especially in the peak season
• Coordinate the hiring of materials from outside vendors
• Agree on availability, delivery times and return flows
• Actively inform field staff of material status and expectations
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics in Meppel
• Record and structure schedules, appointments and overviews
