Chane Terminals is recruiting for a client driven and service orientated IT Service Desk Employee

Where will you be working?

Do you have affinity and/or experience with computers and IT services by supporting users? Are you that jack-of-all-trades for whom no challenge is too crazy? And do you get energy from actively assisting the users at the terminals and at the offices with IT solutions? Then this job is for you! As an IT Service Desk employee, you are the first point of contact for the employees of the Chane locations, whose main focus of work is in Rotterdam. The culture is really open and direct! Representative activities

• Answering phone and e-mail, registering reports in TOPdesk.
• On-site support..
• Providing solutions for product defects such as laptops, iPhone, monitors, etc.
• Working together with the other departments to serve the user optimally and thinking along with the business in a solution-oriented way.
• Following trends and developments within IT.
• Drawing up manuals and work instructions.

Requirements

• MBO-4 / HBO working and thinking level
• Great affinity with or experience in IT.
• Solution-oriented and service-oriented attitude and accurate and accurate work.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with incident, problem and change management, familiarity with ITIL processes and project methodologies is an advantage.
• A driver's license and a car. The terminals are difficult to reach by public transport.
