B2B Marketing Specialist

We're looking for a sharp, results-driven, and Dutch-speaking Marketing Specialist to elevate the profile of Assist Digital in the Netherlands and drive B2B lead generation through strategic content, SEO/GEO, and targeted campaigns.

Full-time / Part-time · Amsterdam

What you'll be doing (mostly)

This role focuses on generating tangible business results by connecting our expertise with the right B2B audience.

B2B content strategy & creation:

• Create and manage high-quality, lead-generating content across various formats, including case studies, blogs, and industry insights, to showcase Assist Digital's expertise in CX, strategy, and technology.

• Implement strong SEO and GEO strategies to ensure content is highly visible and reaches relevant business audiences in the Netherlands and key regions.

Campaign management & Lead generation:

• Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns that convert content consumption into qualified leads for the sales team.

• Measure and report on the performance of all content and campaigns, optimizing for lead volume and quality.

Event & webinar management:

• Organize and execute our own small events (e.g., 4 per year) aimed at key B2B decision-makers.

• Set up and manage specialist-led webinars or workshop sessions in collaboration with our internal experts and the sales team to educate the market and generate interest.

Digital presence & storytelling:

• Own and manage the social media presence (creating and managing authentic, sharp content) and other online channels for Assist Digital Netherlands.

• Ensure our profile and story are consistent, reflecting the quality and scale of the wider Assist Digital network.

Project management:

• Juggling multiple content projects, events, and campaigns with clarity and a steady hand.

What you bring to the table

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience within a digital agency, tech company, or consultancy environment.

• You're a strategic thinker with hands-on content and digital marketing experience.

• You're a natural communicator who excels at writing and sharing ideas with clarity and charm.

• You have proven experience in B2B content creation and a strong understanding of how to drive leads through content, case studies, and blogs.

• You are deeply familiar with SEO/GEO concepts and how to apply them to marketing content for local impact.

• You possess project management chops and can keep complex, multi-faceted projects moving.

• You are fluent in Dutch and confident in English - both matter here.

• You are proactive and good at spotting opportunities others might miss.
