What do we expect from you?
As a field service mechanic, you will be properly trained for the first period. For a number of weeks, you will shadow an experienced mechanic who will teach you the ins and outs of our machines.
Over time, you will experience where your strengths lie and where you still need support, the aim being to eventually function fully independently.
