Business Analyst - Compliance & IT

Are you the link between Compliance and IT, turning risks into opportunities?

Can you translate complex challenges into smart processes, datamodels and IT solutions?

Governments around the world are rapidly introducing new requirements for e-invoicing, VAT and environmental reporting. At Pincvision, you help international companies comply with these laws and regulations. You investigate the implications of new requirements and translate them into clear processes and requirements.

    What will you do?

You will work at the intersection of compliance, business processes, data and technology. For example, you will analyse international e-invoicing and e-reporting requirements, which involve the electronic exchange of invoices and the reporting of transaction data to various countries. You will build your domain knowledge step by step with us.

Together with our subject-matter experts and colleagues in the IT team, you will:

    - Analyse legal requirements and business needs.

    - Map the impact on processes, data, systems and integrations.

    - Define requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria.

    - Support development activities and verify that solutions meet the requirements.

    - Use AI tools and explore where AI agents can add value.

You will mainly work with internal colleagues and vendors, occasionally participating in customer meetings.

    Who are we looking for?

You have experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Solution Analyst or in a similar role. If you have a technical background, you can also develop your career towards functional analysis with us. You are able to analyze complex information, ask the right questions and maintain a clear overview. You communicate easily with subject-matter experts and technical colleagues, and you quickly familiarise yourself with new technologies.

    In addition:

    - You preferably have experience with software development projects.

    - You understand the relationships between processes, data, business rules and systems.

    - You are keen to work with smart tools such as rule engines, data mapping and AI agents.

    - You have a good command of English; speaking Dutch is an advantage.

Experience with compliance, Agile/Scrum, data mapping or business rule modelling is welcome but not essential.

    The team

You will join the IT team, led by our , . Our team consists of seven employees in the Netherlands, alongside two offshore developers.

You will have considerable responsibility, direct communication lines and a direct influence on solutions, from the initial analysis through to the final working result.

    What do we offer?

    - A gross monthly salary of €4.145 to €6.708 based on a 40-hour working week, depending on your knowledge and experience, excluding the Personal Choice Budget (PKB).

    - A one-year employment contract for 32-40 hours per week; 28 hours can be discussed.

    - Hybrid working: you coordinate with your team when to work together in Doetinchem and when to work from home.

    - A Personal Choice Budget (PKB) that includes 8% holiday allowance and the monetary value of five additional annual leave days above the statutory minimum.

    - 20 statutory annual leave days for full-time employment, with the option to purchase up to ten additional days through the PKB, including the five additional annual leave days.

    - One extra Personal Leave day for full-time employees, calculated pro rata for part-time employees.

    - A pension scheme with the employer covering 50% of the pension contribution.

    - Training and development opportunities, a travel expense allowance and a lease-bike scheme with an employer contribution.

    - Supplementary basic WIA disability insurance, with the full premium paid by Pincvision.

We will agree on your start date together.
