    You will join our Sound United Business Unit with iconic brands like Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Marantz, Polk Audio, Definitive Technology, Classé, and Boston Acoustics, based in Eindhoven in the position of:

    About the Role:

    This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of distributor and CE retail execution for our audio portfolio. Based in the Eindhoven area (hybrid), you will drive sell-in and sell-through, negotiate pricing and T&Cs, and lead a disciplined forecasting cadence. Travel includes 1-2 partner visits per month and key trade shows such as IFA and Integrated Systems Europe.

    You will be accountable for IFO, margin and turnover across assigned Export markets (to be defined), driving commercial performance across Denon®, Bowers & Wilkins®, Marantz®, Polk Audio® and Classé® through strong channel partnerships and rigorous execution.

    What You Will Do:

    • Own and grow your distributor and CE retail accounts end-to-end, driving sell-in, sell-through and market share across assigned Export markets.
    • Take full commercial responsibility for IFO, turnover and margin, proactively identifying risks and unlocking growth opportunities.
    • Lead pricing negotiations and manage T&Cs, ensuring healthy, sustainable partnerships.
    • Build joint business plans and clear target setting per account; execute structured monthly/quarterly forecasting (Excel / Power BI preferred) with strong variance management.
    • Act as the commercial face to your partners: manage availability, order flow, back-orders, reporting and product information in close collaboration with Finance and Operations.
    • Drive impactful launches and promotions in alignment with Marketing and Product teams.
    • Monitor market trends and competitors, translating insights into actionable growth plans.
    • Strengthen long-term brand partnerships through regular account visits (~1-2 per month) and representation at key industry events such as IFA and Integrated Systems Europe.

    What You Need to Be Successful:

    • Based in the Eindhoven area (or within commuting distance) with at least 3 years of Consumer Electronics commercial experience, ideally touching distributor and retail channels in the Netherlands and EMEA.
    • Direct or indirect collaboration with CE retailers such as MediaMarkt, Coolblue, EP/United Retail or Euronics is highly valued.
    • Proven commercial ownership: driving turnover and margin, negotiating pricing and terms, executing promotions, and delivering measurable sell-in and sell-through results.
    • Bachelor-level education in commerce, business economics or a related field.
    • Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI experience preferred for forecasting and performance analysis.
    • Strong analytical ability to structure and prioritize large information sets from multiple markets.
    • Excellent communication in English (Dutch is a plus) with a customer-oriented and commercially minded approach.
    • Highly structured, independent and proactive problem solver who enjoys collaboration in small, cross-functional teams.
    • Detail-oriented and professional, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business outcomes.

    Bonus Points if You Have:

    • High level of interest in dealing with a variety of countries and cultures
    • Interest in HiFi and/or technologically advanced products
    • Experience in Audio Industry
    • Experience in dealing with Export topics
    • Hands on mentality
