At Van Mourik Bouw, you'll be working on restoration, renovation and commercial projects throughout the Netherlands. With over 40 years' experience, a down-to-earth approach and a close-knit team, we build beautiful projects and long-term relationships every day. Due to the growth of our organisation, we're looking for a site manager who wants to help us continue building for the future.

What are you going to do?

As a site supervisor, you are the linchpin on the building site. You ensure that our projects are carried out safely, to a high standard and on schedule. You maintain an overview, manage colleagues and subcontractors, and ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done.

You'll work closely with the project manager, the works planner and site staff. Thanks to your construction expertise and organisational skills, projects run smoothly from start to completion. Your duties will include:

• Managing and supervising site staff and subcontractors
• Monitoring the schedule, quality and progress of projects;
• Coordinating work, materials and equipment;
• Ensuring a safe and well-organised construction site;
• Identifying and resolving issues during implementation;
• Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers and project partners;
• Handling the necessary project administration and reporting

What are we looking for?

• A completed MBO or HBO degree in Architecture;
• Experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role;
• A valid VCA-VOL certificate or a willingness to obtain one;
• Strong communication skills;
• Leadership skills and a sense of responsibility;
• An independent and proactive approach to work;
• An eye for quality, safety and teamwork.
