We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our lovely hotel in Badhoevedorp. has three hotels in the Netherlands, including the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel in Badhoevedorp. Since December 2023, our hotels have proudly become part of the Marriott International family, opening up even more opportunities for growth, training, and international exposure. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome, smooth check-in and check-out experiences, and exceptional service throughout their stay. You will supervise and support the front office team, help optimize daily operations, and maintain our high standards of hospitality. What does the job involve?

As our Front Office Supervisor you are the face of the hotel and you provide a warm welcome and manage the Front Office Hosts. The supervisor manages the Hosts and interns. In this position you are also responsible for checking in and out of guests and provide service during the entire stay. This includes providing tourist information, handling all questions and complaints from guests, taking and passing on messages, but also activities such as operating the telephone exchange and maintaining administration. You also take care of sales activities and ensure the presentation of the working environment. You actively contribute to improvement proposals within the Front Office Team. You are also responsible for registration, invoicing and administration.
