What are you going to do

As Marketing & Content Coordinator, you support the marketing activities of and Sykes Seafood. You are an important link within the marketing department and work closely with various teams within the organization. In this versatile and practical role, you are responsible for content creation, digital marketing, marketing campaigns, brand communication, and the organization of trade shows and events.

You ensure that our brands are presented consistently and professionally through various channels. In addition, you have the opportunity to gain broad experience within various aspects of marketing and actively contribute to new ideas and improvements. Furthermore, you are involved in:

· Creating content for websites, social media, newsletters, presentations and internal communication;

· Design of marketing materials, including brochures, product sheets, exhibition materials and sales presentations;

· Support website updates and content management;

· Contribute to the management of social media channels and content calendars;

· Support of email marketing campaigns and reporting on results;

· Support the implementation of marketing plans and campaigns for both brands;

· Supporting product launches, customer presentations and sales initiatives;

· Coordinating marketing materials, photography, and content libraries;

· Working with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver marketing projects on time and successfully;

· Support in the planning and organization of trade shows, customer events and exhibitions;

· Supporting internal communication and activities aimed at employee engagement;

· Contribute to sharing stories about our products, sustainability initiatives, and expertise within the sector.

Who are we looking for?

· A completed degree in marketing, communication, design or a similar field;

· 1 to 3 years of work experience in marketing, communications, design or a similar field;

· Strong written and visual communication skills;

· Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design programs;

· Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing;

· Good command of the Dutch and English languages;

· An organized, proactive, and precise work attitude;

You are able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;

· Experience with photography, video editing and/or content creation is a plus;

· You are creative, highly communicative, and enjoy working with different teams.

What do we offer?

· A salary between €3000 and 3600 gross per month based on a full-time employment contract, depending on knowledge and experience;

· 25 days' holiday based on full-time employment;

· A good pension scheme under which pays 60% of the contribution;

· Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometre;
