Compliance Manager - Part-time

PlanBit is looking for a hands-on Compliance Manager to take ownership of our ISO certifications and further develop our wider compliance and sustainability framework. You will help keep our organization audit-ready, translate requirements into practical processes and support our continued growth.

What you'll do

o   Maintain and further develop PlanBit's ISO management systems and certifications, 9001; 14001; 27001 and ISO 45001.

o   Prepare and coordinate internal and external and certification audits.

o   Maintain policies, procedures, risk registers and compliance documentation.

o   Manage non-conformities, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.

o   Coordinate management reviews and follow up agreed actions.

o   Monitor relevant quality, health & safety, information security, environmental and customer compliance requirements.

o   Support customer questionnaires, tenders and compliance-related due diligence.

o   Lead PlanBit's preparation for EcoVadis assessment, including gap analysis, evidence collection & improvement actions – assistance for environmental reporting to our client

Who are we looking for?

You are structured, accurate and independent, but above all practical. You know how to translate standards and compliance requirements into processes that work in an operational environment. Experience with ISO management systems, audits and maintaining certifications is important. Experience with ISO, EcoVadis/ESG, ITAD, information security, data protection, electronics recycling or other regulated operational environments is a strong advantage.
