Operator 2-Shifts

At this production company in Warmenhuizen, teamwork, quality and results come first. As a 2-shift operator, you take responsibility for your production line, work accurately and stay calm when things get busy. You will work for a large Dutch producer of fresh convenience products, including cut vegetables, fruit and salads.

As a 2-shift operator in the food industry, you will work with a fixed team to keep the production process of fresh products running smoothly. Earn up to €3,213 gross per month excluding shift allowance, receive a 4.25% year-end bonus and get training to grow your career.

About the function

What does your day look like as a 2-shift operator? You make sure the production process runs smoothly. Together with your colleagues, you start up the production lines, set up machines and monitor quality and progress. You check weights, metal detection and product quality, solve minor breakdowns yourself and call in the technical team when needed. You supply packaging materials and clean the line at the end of the day.

You work rotating shifts depending on the season. Production also continues during weekends and public holidays, so no two days are the same.
