As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the full financial backbone of the organisation and act as a trusted sparring partner for the leadership team. The position offers significant responsibility from day one and a clear growth path towards a role with CFO responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where your work will directly influence the company's next growth phase.

What you'll do

You will take end-to-end ownership of the finance function and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team and shareholders.

• Own the finance back office, including accounting, reporting, contracting, and controls.
• Prepare and maintain annual accounts (jaarrekeningen).
• Keeping budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with company goals.
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights and advice for management.
• Prepare and present shareholder-level financial decisions.
• Continuously improve financial processes to support scale and speed.
• Act as the financial "single source of truth" across the organisation.

This role goes far beyond reporting numbers, it's about shaping decisions.
