Customer Success Specialist Juvoly

As a customer success specialist, you are responsible for supporting and guiding Juvoly's customers.

Job description

As a customer success specialist, you are responsible for supporting and guiding their customers. Specifically, this means:

• Onboarding customers (mainly general practitioners and GP practices)
• Handling questions, feedback, and complaints
• Proactively maintain customer relationships & monitor satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales and product development to translate customer feedback into improved services

What is expected of you

• You are sociable and have good communication skills
• You are good at planning
• You have a proactive attitude
• You have an eye for customer satisfaction and experience in a customer-oriented position (help desk, sales, hospitality, etc.)

• Salary: €3,000 - €3,500 gross per month + travel expenses & vacation allowance
• 31 vacation days
• Option to work from home one day per week
