About the role

As an Office Management Employee, you and your colleagues make sure that everything is arranged behind the scenes. You play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment, supporting various administrative tasks, and ensuring the well-being of our team members.

The back office is responsible for all international business travel arrangements. You'll be the one who arranging this from a to z making sure that the travelers can travel carefree. You can think of; booking flights, arranging accommodation, car rental, etc. With your service oriented mindset you always think ahead and are fully in control.

In this dynamic role you handle all matters smoothly. You are good at setting priorities and have a proactive and supportive attitude. If you are looking for a challenging and versatile job then this is definitely for you.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and booking international business trips.
• Managing and handling incoming calls and welcoming visitors together with your team members.
• Active involvement in the organization of both internal and external events.
• Perform various administrative tasks related to office management.
• Supporting the executive assistance with her tasks for the executive management team.

Profile

• You have experience working in an international environment

• Minimum experience of 3 years in an office management role

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• You are very service oriented and always willing to help

• Availability between 28 - 38 hours a week

• Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages
