Controlling & Reporting Analyst

At our Head Office in Amersfoort, we are looking for a high‑potential Planning & Reporting Analyst with a strong technical background in data analytics, data flows and financial modelling. In this role, you will support the Business Group Professional (FCP) and report directly to the Head of FP&A - FCP.

You will manage our main commercial and financial data model, support month‑end activities and contribute to key reporting and forecasting processes. This is an ideal role for someone eager to deepen expertise in FP&A, data modelling and global financial processes within FrieslandCampina.

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data flows or data modelling
• Strong technical skillset and interest in understanding and configuring complex data flows
• Experience with BI tools and exposure to financial cross‑border structures
• Ability to plan, execute and deliver autonomously

• Strong analytical nature: able to dive deep into detail while keeping the bigger picture in view

• Salary between €3,800 and €5,400 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
• Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 5% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension;
• Flexible working hours and ample opportunities to work from home;
• 200 hours of annual leave, the option to buy or sell 40 extra hours, and 8% holiday allowance;
• Free milk & cheese during lunch and delicious barista coffee at our headquarters.
