Our client is a leading international logistics organization that supports customers with transportation, warehousing and supply chain solutions across the globe.

For the Integrated Warehouse Solutions team, we are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist. You will join a professional and close-knit team and work closely with customers, carriers and internal departments.

You can be based in Hoofddorp. This is a varied role where you will have plenty of responsibility, customer contact and opportunities to develop your knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.

• Being the first point of contact for customers regarding orders, shipments and operational questions.
• Coordinating orders from request to completion.
• Communicating with customers, carriers and internal teams.
• Monitoring the progress of orders and shipments.
• Keeping customers updated on delivery status and any changes.
• Preparing and checking the necessary documentation.
• Keeping customer and shipment information up to date in the systems.
• Finding practical solutions to customer questions and issues.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make them more efficient.

Profiel van kandidaat

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers and likes to keep things organized.

You bring:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Good administrative skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
• A proactive, accurate and solution-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of ocean freight is a plus.
• An interest in new technologies and improving processes.

Aanbod

• A full-time position during regular office hours.
• A salary between €2,500 and €3,700 per month, depending on experience.
