What will you do?

As a CFT Employee, you will be the primary point of contact for our customer. You will ensure that orders are processed accurately, customer inquiries are handled promptly, and logistics processes run smoothly. You will work closely with colleagues from the Warehouse, Transport, and Quality departments and report directly to the Senior Office Manager.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic logistics environment where no two days are the same.

A typical workday includes:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for our customer and maintaining a strong customer relationship.
• Processing, monitoring, and following up on customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.
• Coordinating order changes, urgent requests, and escalations.
• Collaborating with Warehouse, Transport, and Quality teams to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Analyzing and resolving delivery, quality, and supply chain issues.
• Monitoring customer-focused KPIs such as On-Time Shipment (OTS), Dock-to-Stock (DTS), response times, and customer satisfaction.
• Preparing reports and supporting customer reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a MBO+ or Bachelor's level of working and thinking.
• Has experience in customer service and supply chain planning.
• Is proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN, or comparable systems.
• Has strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Feels comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment.
• Is customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Is able to prioritize effectively and maintain an overview under pressure.

You will directly report to the IT Manager.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Customs & Compliance Manager.

In this position, you will report to the Supervisor Customs & Trade Compliance.
